Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
We do Not accept returns or exchanges. If you have a concern or problem with your order, please email bigbootyhomegoodies@gmail.com
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after purchase. Big Booty Home Goodies does not accept any cancellations after your order has shipped.
Big Booty Home Goodies will be happy to provide a refund as long as your order has not shipped.
If an item is lost or stolen during transit, Big Booty Home Goodies will not be able to provide a refund.
If your order was damaged upon arrival or you received the wrong item, please email bigbootyhomegoodies@gmail.com. Please include your full name, order number, and photos of the order within 10 days of delivery in order for Big Booty Home Goodies to try their best to resolve the situation.
If your product breaks within 2 weeks of delivery, please email bigbootyhomegoodies@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the broken product. Big booty home goodies will provide a replacement! (This applies to pins and accessories only)

Processing Time
Current Processing Time
All orders have a processing time of 1-3 weeks. Orders are dropped off every Friday & Monday.
*Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

Your order will typically ship within 1-14 days after your purchase.
International shipping fees and days may vary.
*due to the covid-19 pandemic, shipping may be delayed depending on your location.
United States: 1-2 weeks
Canada: 2-3 weeks
Everywhere else: 3-8 weeks
Big Booty Home Goodies does their best to ship orders as soon as possible; however, once your order has shipped and been handed over to the USPS, it is no longer in our hands. Big Booty Home Goodies is not liable for any lost or damaged packages.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Big Booty Home Goodies is not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Shipping & Tracking options
To ensure that all customers receive their packages safely, Big Booty Home Goodies uses USPS First Class/ USPS Retail Ground shipping for all domestic packages and USPS First Class International for all international packages. Tracking comes included with each order and you will be notified of your tracking number via email once the package has been shipped.
For sticker-only orders, we use USPS First Class Mail, which does not include tracking.

Where is my package?
Please contact your local post office first! Once the package is dropped off and enters the USPS system, Big Booty Home Goodies no longer has any control over the package.
Tracking is provided on all orders (except sticker-only envelope orders) so please contact USPS and follow their process of locating packages from there!
Shipping can sometimes take a long time, especially with the current COVID-19 pandemic, so please be patient.
Big Booty Home Goodies does not accept refunds due to delayed or missing packages as we are not responsible for such situations. If a package was returned to Big Booty Home Goodies, the package can be sent out again as long as shipping costs are covered!

PreOrders
"Preordering" means you are purchasing an item that has not yet been produced. It is essentially reserving the item in advance before it is in-stock. Preordered items will not ship immediately and can take several weeks to months to be produced, quality checked and then shipped out.
Preordering helps Big Booty Home Goodies, the seller, know how much of an item to order to ensure that all customers get the items they want and allows Big Booty Home Goodies to fund the production costs of these items!
Please note that if you place one order with multiple items, including preorder items, your package will not ship until all preorder items arrive to Big Booty Home Goodies. If you would like the in-stock items in your order to ship first, please place them in a separate order!

What is the difference between a standard (A- Grade) and B-Grade pin/charm/keychain?
Pins:
Standard pins ( A- Grade) have little to no visual defects, whereas B-grade pins have minor defects such as scratches, black marks and/or discoloration on the metal.
Charms/Keychains:
B- Grade charms and keychains have imperfections in the acrylic or epoxy coating. These imperfections include small bubbles, specks, and/or scratches.

What is B- Grade Merchandise?
B- Grade merchandise are products with minor defects. These products have small mistakes that are typically noticeable on close inspection.
B- Grade products are discounted. Some B- Grade products are sold in Oopsies bags, which are in the shop. The Oopsies bags description includes what defects to expect.
Any products with major defects that are not held up to standard quality or not suitable for general use will not be sold in the shop. However, they may be given as an extra freebie to avoid being thrown away. If you would like to give these products a home, please note this in your order or email bigbootyhomegoodies@gmail.com

When will _____ item restock?
Depending on the item restock time will vary.
Stickers will typically restock within 1-2 weeks.
Stationary such as sticky notes and washi tape will restock within 1-2 months.
Pins will restock within 1-3 months.
However, if there is not a high demand for a certain item, restocking may be delayed.
